1. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period shall be 14 days from the day on which you or a person designated by you takes possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send us (Eight Clothing) a clear statement:

You can use the model cancellation form for this purpose, although this is not mandatory.

Consequences of revocation

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, excluding shipping costs . The refund will be made no later than 14 days after receipt of the returned goods , using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.

You will bear the costs for returning the goods.

2. Return policy for limited drops

Since our products are strictly limited , the following return conditions apply:
The goods must be returned unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging .
If your product came with a numbered thank you card , it must be returned with the order. No refund is possible without the card.
We don't offer direct exchanges (if sold out)—only refunds. This can be discussed via email or viewed on the website.
If the goods are returned severely damaged or dirty , we reserve the right to refuse the return.

3. No right of withdrawal for personalized products

The right of withdrawal does not apply if you have ordered a custom-made or personalized product.
