3. Conclusion of contract

The presentation of products in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to submit an offer. By submitting an order, you submit a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.

You will receive an order confirmation from us by email confirming receipt of your order. The purchase contract is concluded when we accept the order by express order confirmation or by delivery of the goods.

4. Prices and shipping costs

All prices quoted are final prices and include VAT. Unless otherwise stated, shipping costs are added to the prices. Shipping costs are displayed during the ordering process.

5. Delivery

We are not liable for damages resulting from improper use of the delivered goods or from incorrect information provided by the customer. We accept unlimited liability for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent conduct.

12. Final provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract is the registered office of Eight Clothing , provided the buyer is a merchant.
